Full delegate registration includes:

Residents/Trainees registration

Resident/trainees registration is valid for delegates who are residents or trainees during WCA 2012. A resident/trainee registration will need to be supported by a letter from the resident's head of department confirming eligibility. This needs to be emailed to info@wca2012.com within 5 days of registration.

The resident/trainee registration includes all the features of a full delegate registration.

Nurse registration

Nurse registration rate for half day 29th and 30th March: US $50.

The nurse registration rate includes participation in the half day Nurse Workshop on the 29th March 2012 and the half day Nurse Scientific Sessions on 30 March 2012 only. These sessions are in Spanish and English. Please see the congress calendar for more details of these sessions.

Accompany person registration

Accompanying Person Registration rate US $200.

All Accompanying Person Registrations include:

• Participation in the Opening Ceremony, including the Welcome Reception
• Participation in the Closing Ceremony, including the Barbeque
• One half day city tour starting 1400 hrs, ending 1700 hrs - you can choose the date of your half day tour
  Commentary for the tour will be in English and Spanish

High Income Countries*

Middle Income Countries*

Delegates are eligible for 'middle income country' registration providing they meet all the following criteria:

• Resident in a country in the 'middle income country' category
• Working (or previously working) in a country in the 'middle income country' category
• Have a postal address a country in the 'middle income country' category which is detailed at time of registration

Low Income Countries*

Delegates are eligible for 'low income country' registration providing they meet all the following criteria:

• Resident in a country in the 'low income country' category
• Working in a country in the 'low income country' category
• Have a postal address a country in the 'low income country' category which is detailed at time of registration
